After spending so much time learning the ins and outs of the target customer, it was important to formalize these consumer insights into tangible concepts for the company. In the past, the product and marketing team lacked the resources to develop thorough personas as it rapidly scaled, so I took it upon myself to draw upon my previous UX experience and conceptualize consumer personas for the brand.

Meet Sarah. She is our young, working professional by day and fashionable trendsetter by night. She is social and stylish, willing to splurge for items she loves and pieces she thinks her friends will rave about. She brings our product everywhere with her from brunch to spin class.

Her favorite items are healthy, organic, and sustainable—she wants to feel good about the products she buys. Her priorities are spending money on things that lok and feel good for her and her three-year old son.
